A January sunset in Sundet

I’m a bit late with my Sky Watch Friday-post this week too, but I didn’t have the time to make the post yesterday. That was good though, because today I hade the chance to get this beautiful sunset captured on (digital) film.
Sundet is a tiny, tiny village between the tiny village Ställdalen and the large village Kopparberg. Sundet means The Strait in Swedish.
The first photo was taken to the east:

And the second photo is to the west:

Two beautiful shots. Fog/mist is very exciting I think. It does something to the pictures and of course to the terrain/nature.
Have a snowy weekend, Peter ;-)

Wonderful shots!
My fave is the first one with all the fog.

I like how the mist adds a unique quality to the pictures, especially the second one.

Both beautiful shots. I love the fog in the east and the light in the west.

Wow Peter these were great ones!
The first one would be awesome on a large poster!
Btw I am back from Sälen now, I had a great time, unfortunately the weather wasn’t very good so I didn’t get to take many photos.. But I had fun, Swedes are great people.
